The 3 bedroom apartment is located on top 2 floors of Chalet Bella, Arlberg's newest chalet. Located in St Anton's neighbour village of Pettneu am Arlberg, it's just 7 minutes to the ski lifts and 305km of Arlberg's spectacular ski slopes. It has 3 spacious bedrooms (each with their own en-suite bathroom) on one floor and a large living & dining area on the top floor with a fireplace, modern kitchen, large terrace and fantastic mountain views. (weekly rentals Saturday - Saturday in winter). The space Chalet Bella is the perfect blend of modern alpine design and traditional alpine charm. The top floor hosts a large lounge- and dining area with exposed wooden beams, a beautiful open stone fireplace, cosy window seats and a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar. The large dining table offers space for 10-12 guests and is lighted by an impressive reindeer chandelier. The large windows, one balcony and a large south facing terrace offer breath taking views of the ‘Hoher Riffler’ and the surrounding mountains. The 'upper chalet' in Chalet Bella house has 2 luxurious double bedrooms (each with a own en suite bathroom) and 1 master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and large en suite bathroom. All bedrooms have access to private balconies. The shared wellness area is equipped with a Finnish sauna and shower facilities and has access to an outdoor area and is located on level 1. Guest access Guests will have the upper area (level 2 and 3 ) of Chalet Bella entirely for themselves with a private entrance and access to a ski room with heated skiboot warmers. The shared spa area with sauna, showers and outdoor area is on level 1. There is free parking for 4-5 cars at the house. Other things to note Price does not include the local tourism tax of €2.60 per person/night. The chalet is usually rented out on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).
