The space Welcome to our home in Župa Dubrovačka, a small and colorful place near Dubrovnik. We offer beautiful rooms and two studio-apartments for rent, and we're sure you'll find our location ideal. Our town is just 7km away from Dubrovnik, but it has its own advantages. The sea is clean and beautiful, the beaches are stunning, and it's not as crowded as Dubrovnik. Plus, accommodation is much cheaper here. We're also near the historic city of Cavtat (8km), which is worth a visit. Our recently renovated rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with a shower. We have two big terraces for all our guests to use. Our location is unbeatable - there are no hills or stairs between our house and the nearest beaches, which are only 700 meters away. Within a 700-meter radius, you'll find excellent restaurants, cafe bars, an ambulance, a post office, a bank, a bakery, a gas station, a shopping center, and a bus station. We're also well-connected to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by public transportation. During your stay, we'll ensure your room is clean and provide fresh sheets and towels. We'll also give you your keys and show you around the house. If you need anything, you can always ask us - we're here to make your stay as pleasant as possible. But the best thing about our place is the beaches. With so many to choose from, you're sure to find one that suits you. We also recommend visiting the nearby islands and the city of Ston and its walls. The price for accommodation varies depending on how long you stay, so please contact us to check your price. Guest access During your stay, you will have access to a range of amenities to help make your visit more enjoyable. This includes two large terraces, one small terrace, an outdoor grill, and a small garden. In addition, guests will also have access to a parking area. During your stay We are always available for our guests and are happy to assist with any needs to ensure a pleasant stay. We strive to provide excellent service while respecting your privacy. However, if your stay is shorter than 7 days, we will charge you €5.00 per wash. Our studio apartment guests can use the washing machine for free as well.
