The house also has a big bbq room, with all necessary facilities - water, fridge, etc. All guests can enjoy extremely beautiful views of mountains and lake Sevan from the balcony and the terrace. Guest access Guests can use all of the first floor, the garden, the yard, the bbq room, the patio, the balcony on the second floor, and the terrace. Other things to note Only the 1st floor of the house is for rent. In very rare cases the owner and his family may stay in the house's 2nd floor. The 2nd and 1st floors are independent units and all guests can enjoy their privacy at the 1st floor during their stay. In very rare cases there is construction outside and construction workers can be around. You can check these details while booking the place, but as mentioned this can happen in very rare cases. This is a house in the village and has a garden. Expect to meet spiders, bees, flies, mosquitos, beatles and other insects inside the house. The house is thoroughly cleaned before any guest enters the house, but spiders are very fast to make new spider webs. It takes 30 to 60 minutes for a spider to make a new web. So, please be aware that during your stay you may see spider webs inside the house.
