La Retreat is a completely independent and private 145m² (1560ft²) villa with high volcanic walls, on 800m² (8611ft²) plot, and has a private parking for 2 cars. The exterior has a private 7m x 3m (24ft x 11ft) heated swimming pool (heated november-april, outside this period, at 100 euro fee charged), beautiful gardens with grown trees, a built barbaque with its own eating area under a pepper tree, and an outside dinning area and a chilling area, under the pergola in the front of the villa. It also features a pool table and a separate ouside area with a ping pong table. Inside, a living room open to the garden, a full equiped kitchen, 3 air conditioned bedrooms with their own private en-suite bathroom and an extra bathroom. The living room, comprising the front of the villa facing the pool, a lot of light, a dinning area for 6 people open to the outside, a flat screen fullHD smartTV 50 "TV with full SkyTV UK including sports, movies and entertainment, a CD / mp3 / radio player and many books in english. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, vitro, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, water boiler and of course, cutlery, knife set, pans ... The main bedroom has a king size double bed, air conditioner, and has an en-suite full bathroom with bathtube and hair drier.
