Superb authentic farmhouse not overlooked on 12,000 m2 of land, on the edge of the potters village of Saint Quentin la Poterie, 4 km from Uzès. The farmhouse consists of two levels of total 200 m2 and has 4 bedrooms, 2 shower/bathrooms, 2 toilets and a pool. It offers 8 places to sleep comfortably. Please know that the listed price is for 6. For each additional person €30 is requested per night (I'm working with Airbnb on how to make this clearer in the listing) The space Our farm dates from 1860 and offers 200 m2 of living space. We left it as much as possible in its authentic state, so that we could fully enjoy the atmosphere of yesteryear. But of course the house offers all the comforts of a modern home: on the ground floor a large living room, spacious well-equipped kitchen (four electric hobs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), very large living room, dining room and bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the vast entrance hall a wide stone staircase leads to the first floor where there are four bedrooms, with a total of eight sleeping places and a bathroom with sink, bathtub and shower. The farmhouse has a central heater with radiators in all the rooms. The main door leads directly to the 2200 m2 garden with fruit trees and a beautiful view on the grounds in front planted with olive trees. The whole thing is in turn surrounded by a 10,000 m2 lot that is cultivated by our nice farmer's neighbor. Behind the house is a vineyard. You have the private use of a comfortable with a 30 m2 wooden beach adjoining in the back of the garden in a quiet place full of greenery. The mas is located just outside the village of St. Quentin la Poterie, known for its ceramic craftsmen. The baker is a 4 min walk, the small supermarket is 6 min. away and the village center is 8. The displayed rental price is for six people. There are, however, four bedrooms, which allows you to accommodate eight people comfortably. For each person for over eight people, an additional €25 per night is required. In order to be able to offer the house a reasonable rental method, it is in principle rented without bed linen and towels. If tenants wish, linen can be made available for €15 pp per week. For a rental of less than seven days, an extra €80 is requested. For a rental during the months of October until March, actual electricity and gas consumption is charged. Guest access You will be the only guests who will be allowed to use the house, the grounds and the swimming-pool during your stay.
