The house is located 300 m from the sea, 6 km from the town of Ierapetra and 3 km from the village Koutsounari, on a large green farm (9000 m2) full of olives, fruitful and ornamental trees. It offers full autonomy to its occupants and boasts excellent sea and garden views. By walking for 6-7 minutes you arrive at the Katharades Beach and for 2 minutes at the 5* Hotel Ostria. My place is ideal for a quiet, pleasant and enjoyable holiday away from the rhythm of the city. The space The home (60 m2) inside consists of a spacious living room with an open and well-equipped kitchen, a large bedroom, another utility room with a desk and a WC with a shower. It also has a large covered veranda (40 m2) with a dining and a seating area. It is constructed with natural materials and decorated with fun and passion so that every visitor enjoys a calm and relaxing stay. Guest access The guests have full access to the house and its amenities and they can take a walk in the garden.
