Afife is close to beautiful places like Viana do Castelo, Caminha and Ponte de Lima (where you can find a golf course). It is a small rural village, quiet and peaceful, between the beach and the hills, with old stone houses and walls. What to do / visit You can enjoy nature and go to the beautiful beach of Arda, Âncora or Moledo (all with good conditions for surfing!), Or take a walk in the hills or ecological paths along the beach and the river Minho (further north). There is a very rich cultural heritage in Viana do Castelo and Caminha, and an excellent gastronomy. You can enjoy traditional architecture and modern architecture or go to a weekly fair on Saturday in Vila Nova de Cerveira. In August there is a very popular popular event in Viana do Castelo and a great musical festival in Paredes de Coura. They will love Afife!
