The space Guests have a private entrance and access to the entire apartment (two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and washer and dryer). Feel free to use the front porch swing and back patio furniture for your relaxing needs. I recently took in a stay cat mom and her baby so you may hear them running around upstairs. They have not been and are not allowed into the basement apartment. Guest access Parking is available directly behind the house down the one way alley. There is also street parking available in the front of the house. Other things to note Maximum occupancy is 5 people. When booking over 2 people there will be another additional $15 per person per night fee added on to your reservation.
