Our place is an 8 minutes drive to Marshall, NC, and 30 minutes to downtown Asheville NC. Marshall is on the French Broad River, offering amazing music, overall art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, parks, hiking trails. River rafting, zip lining and horseback riding nearby. Hiking on our 43 acre property, with great mountain views. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Pets welcome for a one-time $35 fee. The space The three bedroom, two bath house has an open concept kitchen/ dining/ living area, and a very nice screen porch with a view. Guest access The bedrooms are available only based on the number of guests. If there are just two guests who share the Master Bedroom, the other two rooms are locked. Please indicate how many bedrooms are needed, and make sure payment for additional guests beyond two people is included.
