Inside it has 6 comfortable beds divided into a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds ( convertible into a double), an open mezzanine where a double mattress is placed, a full bathroom with shower while the second bathroom is equipped with a large mosaic bathtub. The living room is furnished with sofa bed and dining table, with access to a comfortable kitchenette. The outdoor area allows you to enjoy your relaxation to the fullest: lying on the loungers by the pool, or sheltered from the sun sitting comfortably on the couches of the relaxation area while sipping a refreshing drink. From the panoramic terrace of the relaxation area you can enjoy enchanting sunsets overlooking the sea. The swimming pool (1.50 meters deep and open from May to October) is surrounded by a large garden ( fenced) with green lawn, olive trees, fruit trees and typical Sicilian plants that give the garden color and freshness. The equipped veranda allows you to prepare and cook meals using the outdoor kitchen or BBQ, and then enjoy them comfortably outdoors. House appliances: air conditioner in living room, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, large fridge with freezer, espresso machine, turntable player with radio, large flat screen TV with access to free satellite channels, free WI-FI, solar panels that continuously provide hot water. In addition, the house enjoys an independent heating system, useful for heating the house if you decide to stay in the coldest periods. The heating cost is not included in the rental price. The house also has private parking in front enough for 2 parking spaces Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house, garden and pool. Other things to note Due to experiences with some guests not particularly attentive to electricity management, we had to make the choice to exclude electricity consumption from the rental price. In doing so, guests are much more careful and do not leave the appliances on all day, while they are on the beach, especially the air conditioner. Using this precaution, a family can spend an average of €50 per week as extra electricity consumption. This can vary according to the personal use by customers of the appliances present: washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, such as water, etc. Today our planet is suffering from the intended exploitation of water and electricity resources by humans. With a little attention we can all contribute together to protect it for the future of our children.
