The Lake House is 1800 sq. ft. of complete relaxation. Dock your personal boat out back on 50 feet of the beautiful Oneida Lake South Shore and feel free to use the Paddle Board w/life jacket, the Kayaks w/ paddles or the fishing poles provided for Guest use. Prepare wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen or on the Gas Grill to eat outside or inside. Enjoy the evening scenery on the spacious deck or in the hot tub with friends and family awaiting the spectacular South Shore sunsets! The space The house is a fairly new construction with plenty of space to stretch out. Guest access Guests have the whole house, yard and 50’ private shoreline to themselves. The garage is not accessible and Housekeeping has one locked closet that is not accessible. Other things to note The dock is generally in the water from May through mid September.
