The lake house comes with an open pavilion area, outdoor kitchen with grill, living area with TV, ping pong table, hot tub, and outdoor shower. Guests are welcome to use the lake to swim, kayak, canoe, or paddle boat. Hike on the property or in Beaman Park, sit on the dock, and appreciate the beauty and wonder of nature. Enjoy this time to relieve stress, relax and retreat. It's guaranteed to be a most memorable stay. The owner lives adjacent to the guesthouse and will be available if needed. Some areas of the property are shared space with the owner and her dogs. Occasionally, we have a production using this location for their music videos, commercials or other kinds of filming. The guesthouse and back deck are solely yours and private. Guest access Guests have access to the lake, pavilion, decks, dock, entire property & hot tub. The guesthouse is located on the right about 20 feet adjacent to the main house. The owner will allow you plenty of privacy but lives in the main house. Other things to note There is a security gate across the drive. You can alert me of your ETA and if I’m not at home, I will text you the gate code and where to find a key. The guesthouse is on the right with the “B” in front. If I’m here, just shoot me a text or call me and I’ll allow you access to the property.
