Opposite the house we have the small Port of 'Son Serra Nova' with the picturesque Mallorquin fishing boats named 'Llauts', which the villagers always have ready to spend Summer days fishing at sea, and you may watch them leave in the morning and return of an evening from the villa. All of the rooms within the villa with it's large bright windows, have beautiful sea views, allowing for the sensation that you are actually at sea. All windows have electric blinds.
