Located on the north-west bank, surrounded by vineyards, small shops and eateries on site. On the spacious plot (approx. 2000sqm) there is a 10m x 5m heated swimming pool with pool bar, sun terrace and deckchairs next to the main house. The fully furnished holiday home has a living space of 65m². A separate bedroom, as well as a developed loft, can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
