Our light and bright Westhampton house is located within walking distance to Main Street, and a short drive or bike ride to the beach. The house is set up perfectly for a family of four with a swing and climbing ladder, bbq, and plenty of sports equipment to take advantage of the large yard. There is an outdoor shower to spray off after the beach. The interior is simple and modern with new bed linens, mattresses, etc. There is central air conditioning to keep you comfortable in the summer. The space The house comes set with bikes, yard games, and beach chairs/beach towels/sand toys/umbrella for enjoying the outdoors and a selection of toys and art supplies to keep kids busy on rainy days. We are long time Airbnb renters, new hosts. This house is set up with everything we look for in an Airbnb. For 2024 the house is available for minimum stays of 2 nights in the off season January-June/September-December and minimum 5 nights during the summer season. Our house is ideal for one family with kids looking to relax. Please feel free to contact us with any questions. Other things to note No groups of more than 3 adults or parties allowed.
