Our house is a cozy and charming villa in the heart of Tuscan countryside, it is an elegant, comfortable, with its own authentic, rustic style villa. You can enjoy our beautiful house where you can feel yourselves at your own home, without lacking of comfortable "Tuscany" moments. The large swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off and gaze across the valley. The Cooking Class at the villa is the best opportunity to discover the secrets and the tastes and the aromas of typical cuisine of Tuscany and Chianti region. The Villa has a a perfect position, within easy reach of cities rich in artistic and historical traditions: Chianti region, Siena, Arezzo, Florence and many more. GROUND FLOOR: Entrance with fireplace, large kitchen, very large living room with billiard and fireplace, to reach a bathroom with Wc, shower, bathtub, sink, bidet you have to walk a couple of stairs. Living room with fireplace and Tv satellite The villa can accommodate 10+2 people: 5 bedrooms ( 2 double, 3 twins) and 4 bathrooms ( 3 with shower and 1 with shower and bathtub). In the villa you will find WiFi, satellite TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. There is a large swimming pool with gazebo and deck shared with our second villa " villa Cini" . Our guests have a total privacy, the villa is located far from busy streets, surrounded by beautiful landscape of Chianti. The villa is accessed by a private path of cypresses. The villa is perfect for family holidays and gatherings of friends. Good to know: The beautiful villa is located in a very favorable point to discover the Chianti area. The nearest train station is 5 km far and the exit of the motorway A1 ( Valdarno-Montevarchi) is 15 km far .
