Home has an open sunny rear yard with a deck, awning, hammock, gas cooking grill, patio furniture and a gas fire pit. Basic essentials such as linens, utensils, plates, basic pots for cooking and Wi-Fi are available for use. ***Please note this is a pet free, non smoking, no party home. Other things to note A 7 day booking is required during peak season. Renters should be age 26 or older. (4) beach badges, (4) beach chairs, (1) beach umbrella, (1) beach buggy cart and (2) adult size bicycles are available for use with your stay. If you are traveling with young children and/or infants please note that although the space is listed as suitable for children, no specific childproofing measures or amenities are in place.
