Wifi service has not a good signal because of location, but is the only company at the place. This house has central heating by under-floor heating and gas heater. There is an electricity generator in case of power cut keeping the heat of the house. The house is located in Las Balsas neighbourhood, 800 metres away from Nahuel Huapi Lake, 2 km away from downtown and 2 km from Cerro Bayo entry.
