The Keller House is a historic home one block from downtown. There's a large inviting front porch, shared living & dining rooms with antiques throughout. From the late 1800's it was home to the founder of The Liberty Theater, JC Keller, Sr & has continued to be in our treasured family for 6 generations. Take a step back in time. For the first time we will open our family home & share the history we've grown to know & love. The space The Keller House boasts a large front porch, a perfect space for gathering & relaxing. It allows for quaint downtown views within walking distance. Additionally, the home displays a living history of items & documentation from The Liberty Theater & the Keller family's participation in the growth of Eunice's 125 years of deep history. The home has recently been fully renovated. Stella's bedroom sleeps 1 - 2 guests (Queen Bed). Guest access Besides your private bedroom & bathroom, you will have access to the shared dining room, where a Continental breakfast will be served, & a spacious shared living room where Wi-Fi & TV are available. There is also a shared hallway sitting area in the main hall downstairs. You will also have access to our grand, inviting front porch with large rocking chairs, an old fashioned porch swing, table & chairs, all nestled under two live oak trees that were planted at the birth of Eunice. During your stay The Hostess will be available during business hours for questions & help navigating all that Eunice has to offer. Other things to note Guests will be responsible for State, City/Parish and Occupancy Taxes to be paid upon arrival. Percent for sales taxes are as follows: State Sales Tax = 4.45% City/Parish Sales Tax = 6% Hotel Sales Tax = 4%
