The apartment is very bright and all day. The residence is located against the beach (a little busy street to cross). The apartment has a garage under the building closed by an electric gate. This garage has a sealed bar in the ground where it is possible to attach bikes (can also access the cellar). Since the release of the building, 10 meters is the large sandy beach.
