The complex of the Kormoran residence consists of 17 holiday houses - generously spread over about 36,000 square meters and is located in 18375 Baltic Sea resort of Prerow, Grüne Straße 45 A-R. Other things to note The cottages are surrounded by Darßwald, meadows and detached houses. The access road leads as a cul-de-sac into the natural, original Darßwald. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the wonderful nature of the Baltic Sea right in front of your apartment. The sand on the North Beach, always newly landed by the sea, is as fine as in the Caribbean and is a 15 minute walk away. The houses are partly thatched, as is typical of the Baltic Sea region. The apartments consist of two rooms with 54 sqm for two to four people or three room maisonette with 75 sqm for two to six people and are fully furnished. Wi-Fi via a secured network can be received in all apartments. Our service includes made beds and towels. And in the complex there is a washing machine room with coin-operated machines. And a bike rental also fulfils special requests by arrangement. There is a playground for the little ones, and a ball court for the older children. A barbecue area is for everyone. Each apartment has a parking space and a lockable storage room for bicycles.
