LARGE "UPSIDE DOWN" HOUSE SLEEPING UP TO 10 (MAX 8 ADULTS) AND 2 DOGS WELCOME TOO! Silversands House is a Dartmouth-style 4 bedroom house at The Bay Filey. In a front row position, it has an unspoilt view of the entire Filey Bay from Carr Naze/Brigg over to Bempton Cliffs. It is the only upside down house at The Bay to make the most of the views from the balcony off the open plan living area. It also has 2 extra camp beds (suitable for children) so it can accommodate up to 10 (max 8 adults). The space This is an upside-down house suitable for up to 10 plus baby (max 8 adults). With access to amenities at The Bay (including pool and gym) this is an amazing base for a family friendly holiday. Enter through the spacious hallway with coat and shoe storage. There are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom off the hall. Two are kingsize, and one is twin with full-size single beds. There are 2 additional camp beds (children only) which fit in any of the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a TV/lounge area with kettle etc, and an ensuite shower room. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over. Upstairs there is a further bedroom (double) with ensuite shower room also accessed from the living space (Jack and Jill doors). The living room is spacious, with 3 large sofas around a log burner, a large table with 8 seats (and 2 additional folding chairs), and a well-equipped kitchen with additional drinks fridge too. There are 2 dedicated parking spaces plus further communal spaces around The Bay holiday village. The balcony and patios have seating to sit out and relax and watch the children play or just take in the amazing sea views. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, and a free pass for the onsite pool, sauna, steam room & gym. There is a large communal lawn behind the house which guests can make use of too. They are also welcome to use amenities on site including the table tennis table, boules courts, arcade, playground, and can book onto activities organised by the resort management (eg archery or rifle shooting), treatments at The Beauty Room (in the leisure complex), and order meals/drinks/takeaways at the Bayside Kitchen and John Paul Jones pub. Parking at The Bay is all free, and on a first come first served basis although some properties have a dedicated space or two. Silversands has a dedicated bay for 1-2 cars (depending on their size). Other spaces nearby. Other things to note Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome, please include on your booking numbers if you are bringing any.
