Whether you want to stroll the countryside of La Spezia or the rocky coast of Cinque Terre and its beaches, both are just 15 km away. The fully restored stone building has airy interiors, plenty of space for up to twelve guests and lovely views of the village of Pignone. The villa was once two separate buildings that are now connected by an entrance hall and terrace. Other outdoor spaces include both shaded and sunny dining areas, a barbecue and a brick patio around the saltwater pool. Many of Perla’s original features have been preserved, but given a modern update. On the ground floor, there's a fully equipe kitchen connected to a dining living room with service bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite Perla has a queen bed, walk-in closet, neoclassical marble bathroom with tub / shower and furnished tented terrace with pool view. To the north the Corallo room and the Giada room, with identical terrace, private bathroom in terracotta and Lucca glaze. The attic also has two bedrooms with two twin beds and one double sofa bed each. The city of Brugnato with its mall, shops, restaurants and its highway access are about 12 km to the northwest, while the beaches of Monterosso al mare are about 15 km to the south. If you're coming from or going elsewhere in Italy, the Genoa airport is about 95 km and Pisa 97 km away. WATER AND ELECTRICITY - Please note that most of the properties that we offer are not the typical purpose-built Mediterranean holiday villas. Most are converted farmhouses or former manor houses, full of character and history. Water shortages do occur; please use it sparingly during the summer months. At the same time, Italy is probably one of the few countries in the world where the government has introduced a system of electricity limitators to contain the national consumption. This means you must be careful when using more than one appliance at once because the limitator will shut the electricity off.
