Non-smoking, no pets allowed! From the sunny, spacious living-dining area with large dining table for 5 and cozy sitting area, you have a beautiful view over our garden into the valley via a large window front. The whole apartment is hygienically tiled and equipped with a floor heating. The fully equipped built-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, electric stove, oven, coffee maker, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of dishes and cutlery offers everything you need for self-catering. The well-kept bathroom is well equipped with a vanity, toilet, shower with real glass shower stall, underfloor heating and towel dryer. You can reach the studio bedroom on the first floor via a curved staircase from the living area. A smaller room with twin bed (90x200) and a closet is on the level of the living-dining area. On the sunny balcony you have a lovely view over our garden and the Lauter into the valley.
