It is quietly located on the Alsace Wine Route between Mulhouse and Strasbourg, in Ingersheim, a village adjoining Colmar. All shops nearby, public transport (Bus Colmar) and many activities nearby. The space Located at the end of a courtyard, the completely renovated 16th century house of 3 levels, which can accommodate up to 8 people, includes: - Ground floor: a large living room of 75 m2 with living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, an outdoor space of 100 m2 with private pool, a garage. - 1st floor: a 32 m2 master bedroom with double sinks, bathtub and walk-in shower, a 180x200 bed, a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, a 22 m2 bedroom with a 180x200 bed, a bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, a separate toilet. -2nd floor: under the attic of 24 m2,a mezzanine with a convertible sofa, a bedroom with a bed of 160x200. Linen, bed and bath linen will be provided and the beds will be ready upon your arrival. We will be happy to welcome you to this quiet and comfortable house. As the house is located on a street of typical and quiet houses, parties and evenings are not allowed. The swimming pool is private to the accommodation, is not heated and is open from late May to September 15 if the weather allows. Guest access You can access the house, with the possibility of parking 1 car in the garage(many free parking spaces are available around the house, 2 minutes walk). You will also have the pool area located in the back of the house. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing table.
