This spacious (3500+ sq feet) mountain style, recently renovated (2017), home is warm and comfortable with a spectacular view of the Heber Valley and the Wasatch mountains, including Mt. Timpanogos . The new deck accommodates outdoor eating and gives an amazing view of the mountains and Heber valley. We are minutes form Historic Main Street, and 15-25 minutes from world class ski resorts. The space There are amazing outdoor adventures super close to our home. Coyote canyon, less than one-half mile from the home is great for trail running, mountain biking and hiking, with multiple routes. Skiing is available at Deer Valley ski resort. The Jordanelle entrance is a 10-minute drive, and Park City resorts and Sundance, are only 20-30 minutes away. Big and Little Cottonwood ski resorts (Brighton, Solitude-skiing and boarding//Alta-skiing only and Snowbird-skiing and boarding) are easily accessible. Outdoor adventures : Ski and snowboard heaven. Park City, Deer Valley, and Sundance. Golfing in Heber valley is world class. Fly fishing on the Blue Ribbon- Provo River is a must. Strawberry Reservoir fishing is also spectacular both in summer and winter. Deer Creek and Jordanelle reservoirs are destination places for water skiing and boating and both are under 15 minutes away... there are great summer activities as well and ATV trails that never end. Lakes and streams for fishing, boating and kayaking/canoeing are within 10-20 minutes. State Parks: Wasatch (great golf course), Uintah and Jordanelle are within the same driving time. Guest access Guests have access to the full house. There is a lower basement used for storage that is not accessible, but you will have access to the fully furnished entire house. Other things to note You are a 2 minute drive to a grocery store, and the town of Heber, a delightful town! You are close to Midway which provides many wonderful restaurants and activities.
