On this floor there are balconies facing the sea, 1 bathroom, the kitchen is new, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer. The bedrooms are all on the lower floor while the sea-view kitchen is on the upper floor. With its perfect location, the house is only a few minutes' walk from the beach, with shops, restaurants and the town centre literally on the doorstep, the perfect location for visiting Sardinia's most famous tourist spots, such as Stintino or Bosa. The Nettuno flat is about 50 metres from the bus stop. A car is not necessary given the central location and the proximity of all services.
