A large glass door creates a unique environment with the outdoor terrace. Large table, comfortable sofas, wood-burning fireplace. From the terrace-veranda on the sea side you can enjoy a unique panoramic view, it is furnished with a relaxation area with sofas and a large table that allows you to dine while enjoying a memorable view at sunset. The terrace-veranda towards the garden is a Tuscan-style veranda, with a large table, equipped with an outdoor built-in kitchen and gas barbecue with volcanic stone. The villa has private access to a long natural and wild pebble beach which is usually only frequented by guests of the area (4 villas in total). The villa is immersed in the nature of the private area, in front of the villa the sea and all around there are pine forests and a small, sunny vineyard. The villa is distant from the others and guarantees maximum privacy. Regulations to be accepted and respected when booking this house: No smoking in the house; Pets accepted with a supplement as long as they do not use sofas, cushions and beds intended for guests, always collect their excrement and do not make holes in the fenced garden. - It is forbidden to organize parties or photographic sets. The villa is not rented to groups of people under 35 years of age (unless express written exemption); use the 2 covered parking spaces or the private space in the garden (3 cars) do not leave cars on the street or on the property in front of the parking spaces, because the neighbors do not tolerate cars parked on their property.
