Hello, we are Anne and Albrecht. Our cozy apartment on the ground floor of our half-timbered house with separate entrance and parking directly at the house is waiting for visit. The apartment gives the feeling of being welcome and offers a pleasant comfort. The space It has a spacious living room, 1 bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchen with veranda and a modern bathroom with spacious bathtub. Guest access The apartment has a separate entrance. You can get access via a pin. This will be sent to you before arrival. Other things to note In addition to the rent, a guest tax must be paid on site. We have to pay these before your arrival to the city of Bad Schandau. Please simply place the amount in the container in the living room. Here is a small excerpt from the statutes: "The amount of the guest tax per day is: -3,00€ / person all year round - for guests of the clinics and sanatoriums all year round 1,20€ - for children and adolescents from 7-15 years all year round 1,50€ -Children up to 7 years are exempt from the guest tax All guests receive the Saxon Switzerland guest card from the respective landlord, stating their name, address and age before arrival for the purpose of billing the guest tax. This entitles to free or reduced use of facilities and facilities, as well as to free or reduced attendance of events in many municipalities of Saxon Switzerland. Small note: There is only limited mobile network in the house due to the valley location. Vodafone goes bad, other networks such as O2 or Telekom significantly better. A 5-minute route to the Elbe would have to be accepted for making calls in the event of poor reception. However, sometimes a lack of cell phone reception is the key to recovery. Shopping in the village is at the butcher Gesell. There are also fresh bread rolls, eggs, jam and the ultimate good fountain sausage. (Cracked sausage with watercress). Delicious!
