The yard is accessible and can be used. The owners live downstairs and there is another smaller rental that may be rented as well. Other things to note Taxes are not included in the price of the reservation. Hawaii transient accommodation tax and general excise will be collected prior to arriving. The tax rate is 14.96 percent of the reservation.
