Hot tub off oct_april Other things to note There is an open staircase , and the house is on a bluff thus not suitable for small kids. Children under 10 must be closely monitored. Hot tubs are finicky, please do not book based on the hot tub. The hottub has a 350lb limit. As it is small, please shower before using as it gets dirty quickly if folks don’t. The hot tub is closed from October through April. It is not eco friendly and pricey to heat. ( if you’d like us to heat it in winter for $10 a night let us know in advance.)”
