Duplex layout, with two levels. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, one on each floor very bright and decorated in soft and cheerful tones, equipped with cotton bedding, import bath towels and 100% cotton pool. The first floor, we consider it as the main floor with all services . (kitchen, main terrace, WC, bedroom ). KITCHEN is  functional and open to the living area and terrace and is fully equipped: Small appliances (Mixer, toaster, kettle, microwave...) and large appliances. ( Washing machine, dishwasher, conventional oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator...). We also provide kitchen utensils, cutlery, crockery, glassware...). It is incorporated into the living area and terrace as an open space. LIVING ROOM or living area: communicates with the main terrace also as the only space. It has television, small bookstore and board games. It closes to the terrace through windows and wooden doors. BEDROOM 1: Two single mattresses as a full bed. It has a large built-in wooden  wardrobe with hanger and drawers. Provided: hangers, cloth mat to support suitcases, iron board, iron and safe. BEDROOM 2: "Suite" type with built-in toilet. It has two single mattresses as a full bed. Auxiliary furniture with drawers. Mirror. On request you can offer a crib, high chair, and/or auxiliary bed. WC 1: Bathtub with screen, toilet, bidet and washbasin. Towels are provided that are of high quality 100% cotton. Toilet 2: Shower tray with screen, wash and toilet. Towels are provided that are of high quality 100% cotton. (Bath towels, hand towels, foot towels) TERRACE: It is a sunny and really nice area. It has a table and chairs. Sunshade and  sun loungers. Its views are of the sea and/or the gardens so well-kept. PARKING: We have a private parking space and inside the residential in front of the entrance door to the apartment we offer it for free if you need it just like the access control. Renting a vehicle is recommended if you want to explore the area and the island. Guest access The design of the residence received an architecture award for its construction project. It is inspired by the striking Arabic style with white and showy domes and 20,000m of landscaped common areas. Very characteristic for being the only one in Tenerife with this design. It has 4 swimming pools for both adults and children. One of them is heated from October to April. In the pool area there are sun loungers and umbrellas at your disposal and it has a very nice and really very comfortable restaurant-snack. Guests have free access to every facility and wifi throughout. Important: Security is fundamental for all of us so we have a security/surveillance service 24 hours a day and every day of the year.Only guests will have full access to the entire complex. Small recommendations of nearby services: A quiet location but well humanized and with good services around it in addition to its good communication with public transport, if so needed bus, taxis) . The most active amusement and/or tourism areas are very close.  Other things to note Our apartments strictly follow the rules of the cleaning, disinfection and sanitization protocols, accurate and reliable, recommended by the website and according to the guidelines of the who.
