Guest access All interior spaces avail to guests with exception of locked garage and locked supplies closets on first and second floor. Jet ski lift, sailboat lift and equipment on private finger pier NOT assessable to guest. Drive and street parking areas are for cars only. NO boat, PWC or trailer parking. Other things to note Strict NO PET policy. Jetski / Boat lifts not accessible to guests. No Boat or PWC parking on premises. Must be 21 w/ valid ID to book. Booking agent must be on property from length of stay. No parties or large events.
