The space Guests enter the villa via a few steps and through main gate to a lowly ''korta'' a traditional courtyard where is a dining table/ chairs for ten people , a portable Weber BBQ and a cave pool. Guests enter the ground floor to a hallway leading to a separate L-shaped kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom the right and two separate double bedrooms on the left side. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, an Owen, a big fridge, and freezer including an ice maker, a kettle, a microwave, and a toaster. Stairs from the hallway lead up to the first floor, with one double bedroom with en suite bathroom, one double and one twin bedroom with a spacious shared bathroom in the hallway. From the first floor quests entering to the sun terrace offering amazing views over the red roofs of Cavtat old town and over the Port of Cavtat. The terrace is furnished with loungers ideal for a chill-out day and night. In the attic, the guests can find a spacious living area a kitchenette, and a separate shower room. The villa is fully air-conditioned and all the rooms are equipped with flat-screen SatTV. Bed linen, towels kitchen towels are supplied and changed on weekly basis. Other things to note As House Villa Residence Mima is located at in the center and hertz of the old city of Cavtat parking is available at Public parking place which is located approximately 200 meters from the Villa and have to be payed additionally .Daily tickets price is 15 Euro and have to be paid on machine when leaving off parking place.Daily card have to be asked during entering a parking place ,parking man is available and will give you all necessary information.Also Owner can assist during arrival .
