Kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. It is in a quiet residential area with plenty of trees and wildlife. Fastest WiFi available in the area!The house lies within 10 minutes of all the major attractions. It is just off 19 which takes you to all points South and North. Close to ACE and Bechtel Summit Preserve! The space This is the first floor a duplex and I live upstairs. The floor has a bedroom with a full and queen beds and a TV. There is a living room with TV, new couch and a futon that folds out. There is a bathroom and a full kitchen. You also have access to a small yard. The WIFI is fast and TV has cable and a ROKU for streaming services. Check in time varies between 12pm and 530pm. You need to let me know your arrival time. If you don't specify I'll assume you are coming after 530pm. You will hear me upstairs just a little bit. Apartment is adjacent to a utility room which houses all the utilities for both apartments. This has a door to it and is not part of the rental. Guest access The driveway is small. You are not required to park there. Some guests with large vehicles park on the road or they block the driveway. You will have to walk down the driveway to access the entrance. This is a duplex, so you have a separate space that is not connected to the upstairs and you have separate utilities. I leave the key for you. Access to the utility room only in emergencies. Not part of the living space. Other things to note No pets please. No parties or overnight guests that are not part of your group. Not suitable for groups over 4. If you want to arrive before 5:30 PM you must let me know ahead of time.
