The ocean themed bathroom includes heated tile floors & a deep soaker tub with fireplace view. The additional lounge area includes a very comfortable (really!) Lazy Boy double air-topper sleeper sofa - a floor to ceiling curtain divides the sleeping space from the living area. The entire suite has been extremely well sound-separated from the main floor to ensure privacy. Enjoy coffee or Happy Hour on the ocean view deck from the comfort of your Adirondack chairs while the resident birds entertain. You'll find a table for 2 & gas grill for more outdoor living. In the fall & winter months, cozy up by the fire with a good book or movie. Pamper yourself with a professional in-suite massage by a registered therapist. A deluxe SeaSong Welcome Basket greets guests with fresh organic coffee & the 'fixings', organic fruit (local when in season), wine, chocolate & more. SeaSong is 10 minutes to the neighbouring oceanside town of White Rock with its famous wooden pier (the longest in Canada!) & a wonderful array of restaurants, bars & shops. A 45 minute drive brings you to downtown Vancouver & 10 minutes takes you to the US border with Seattle 1 1/2 hours beyond. Wonderful day trip options abound! As you'll see from our reviews, the majority of our guests do not find it to be a problem, and in fact many enjoy the historic charm it represents. Also to note, access to SeaSong is up 12 stairs from the street level parking.
