Our home is conveniently located right off Rt 100, enjoy our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom Hillside Home is where you can relax in our comfy sunny living room or enjoy our fully equipped kitchen. We have 3 large bedrooms with large closets. You can also enjoy your morning coffee on our large deck while enjoying the morning sun or just a few steps away you can sit by the pool and relax while you take in all the beautiful scenery Vermont has to offer. The space We have a large comfy living room that receives lots of morning sun to sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or while you are enjoying a nice bowl of popcorn while streaming a movie on our large 60" TV snuggled. We also have a nice large dining table to enjoy all your family dinners that can sit 6 or 8 with the end leaf's attached for your holiday dinners. We offer a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, 12 cup drip coffee where you can fill your morning coffee mug which we have plenty to choose from. Once you have your coffee you can walk right out of the kitchen and sit down on the outdoor deck that extends the entire length of the back of the house and take in the morning sun. When its time to lay your head down you have 3 large bedrooms to choose from with plenty of pillows to choose from. Right off our deck we also have a large pool with plenty of outdoor seating for you to enjoy. This is our home and we do stay here so you may see some personal belongings, but we do try and remove as much as possible between stays to give you as much usable space as possible. There is no a/c but there are ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and a standing fan for the downstairs bedroom. Guest access You have access to the entire property which includes the house, yard (our property line goes from the left of the house out to the stone structure just by the road and straight to the tree line), pool and barn. There is enough parking for 3 vehicles (maybe 4 depending on the size) but please do not block the street in any way as the road is not too wide and we can't block an of it or we will receive a fine. The red barn down by the trees is the neighbor's please do not trespass over there. The small pine trees is our property line and you need to stay to the right of those. Other things to note Our neighborhood has lots of families and although we have plenty of room please be mindful of your noise when outside (we do have a noise sensor for any excessive outdoor noise we will be alerted and continuous alerts can result in cancelation of reservation) . There are lots of kids/dogs on the road as well please be mindful of your speed when coming and going as our neighbor is a police officer who lives at the end of the road and drives by frequently. This house is NOT FOR PARTIES this is our home and violation of this will result in immediate cancelation of reservation. Please respect our house and our neighbors so we can continue to host others one welcome you and others back to enjoy our beautiful home.
