We’de like to show you the exclusive and complete redecorated 3-star-apartment with 39 square metres. If offers a combined living- and bedroom, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with a window. The sleeping is equipped with a comfortable double bed (2 of 2 metres) with reclining duckboards and a special mattress for back pained persons. Furthermore the holiday flat has got a spacy wardrobe with a complete body mirror. The apartment has a separate and modern fitted kitchen. Most modern kitchen technology offers you Cerium parboiling field with a stove/oven, an extractor hood, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a toaster, microwave and a coffee machine as well as an electric kettle and mixers. The bright bathroom modern designed with a window is equipped with a shower, mirror unit with a cosmetic mirror, a hair dryer and a stool. The large sunny west balcony with a sun blind and garden furniture offers you a calming view of trees and green. Parking There are reserved parking lots in front of the building. Shopping- and flower service We gladly buy food for you or bring you fresh flowers for a small fee. Washing machine and laundry dryer A washing machine and a laundry dryer are available for you in our house. The washer and the dryer can be activated with tokens. You get them at the office in the foyer for € 2,50 each. Our special loundry service At your arrival you find anything prepared: the beds are covered with bed linnen, enough towels are at your disposal and will be changed weekly. If you stay 3 weeks or more your bed linnen will changed free of charge! Off-season From 1st November to 1st March the off-season price is applies. All holiday flats in our house are reduced in this period by 10% of the main season price. Souther Baden and the Markgräflerland is one of the sunniest areas with the lowest rainfall in Germany. The Rhine valley with its vineyards offers beautiful views over to France and into the Vogesen (Vosges)!
