The space Manuela e Alberto's place is located on the fifth floor of a quiet building, inhabited almost exclusively by residents, located in a delightful residential area not far from the center of Follonica. The location is excellent: in the city but far from the hustle and bustle of the center, a few minutes by bike from the sea and with a splendid view of the countryside from the bedroom and the terrace. Thanks to its height, the apartment is always very ventilated. Even in the hottest summers you just need to open a window to enjoy a pleasant breeze. The apartment was our home until recently and it has been furnished with care and with great attention to comfort. Not only you will find a new generation washing machine, but also a convenient dishwasher, a fully equipped kitchen with a large five-burner hob, a comfortable dining table and 2 refrigerators both with freezer. The large living room has an additional table that can comfortably accommodate 8 people, a large sectional sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV. In the utility room: washing machine, drying rack, iron and everything needed for cleaning. On the terrace there is an external washroom with a washing area. The bedrooms are furnished with large full-length wardrobes, high up to the ceiling. From the master bedroom and the terrace you can enjoy a relaxing view of the hills behind the town. The residential area where the apartment is located is beautiful, full of green areas, quiet and safe (the carabinieri barracks are less than 100 meters away). It is also very convenient: there are never problems with parking, it is only 1.5 km from the town center and the sea (a few minutes by bike or car) and equally from the best supermarkets in the area (Coop, Lidl, Penny). At about 100 meters there is an excellent bar, an oven and some other shops in a small shopping center. The "Acqua Village" water park in Follonica is 5 minutes away. The best ways to move are the car or the bicycle. We have an agreement with a bike rental shop to provide our guests, if they wish, the possibility to enjoy bike tours or simply renting a bike to move during their stay. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment and to the condominium private parking. It is also possible to park for free all year on the street, in front of the building entrance. To reach the apartment, located on the fifth floor, 2 lifts are available. Other things to note The apartment, with 2 large bedrooms, is perfect for 4 people but can accommodate up to 6 people. For those who wish, we can in fact prepare up to two additional single beds, to be placed in the larger room or in the living room.
