This is one of the 5 cottages on our marina, located on Point Salubrious in Chaumont NY, a great fishing spot for walleyes, bass, perch, and pike. The 7 mile lake front loop around Point Salubrious is great for walking, running or riding a bike. The cabin has been newly painted and also has 2 new windows, new roof, and a new bed ( as of Nov.2021). The marina is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, 15 minutes to Cape Vincent, 20 minutes to Watertown, 20 minutes to Clayton. The space This cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds (full and twin size), the second bedroom has a twin size bed. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, cups and silver ware, a small living/dining area, front deck with picnic table, gas grill for out door cooking. There are 3 communal fire pits located at the point and around the cabin area that are shared among our guests. Boat Launching is included. Guest access We have plenty of parking space in the middle of our property for bigger trailers and boats. Other things to note Guests have to bring their own sheets, pillows, towels as well as personal toiletries. We can provide linens (pillows, towels, sheets, blankets) for $15 per bed per stay. Please ask your host for the arrangement. Boat launch is included in the reservation, boat slips are available for $10 per night. Please ask your host if you need to reserved a slip. We have the following boat rentals: -- wavewalk kayak, $30/day; -- 16ft fishing boat, $85/day plus $25 fuel charge; -- 20ft pontoon boat,$200/day plus $50 fuel charge.
