Our Stylish Apartments are situated in one of the safest areas of Belize City, just 15 minutes from the Int. Airport & 10 minutes from downtown. Condo offers air conditioning, an equipped kitchen, and a cozy patio. Plus, you'll find a corner store and several restaurants within a convenient 10-minute walk. The space 🏠 APARTMENT INFO: Fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment designed to make guests feel at home while away from home. The cozy air-conditioned bedroom features a queen bed with 2 nightstands, a smart TV with access to Netflix and DigiTV. The apartment includes a full kitchen with a fridge, cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. We provide sugar, creamer, coffee, teas, cooking oil, spices, and purified water for your stay. The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and fresh, clean white towels. Additionally, there is a spacious dining table that can also be used as a computer desk. For bookings of 3 or 4 guests, the sofa in the living room can be transformed into a queen bed. For 5-6 guests, we offer a blow-up mattress. Both the living room and the bedroom are equipped with AC, ceiling fans, and TVs. We also offer the fastest wifi internet speed in Belize (fiber-optic). 🅿️ PARKING: Please note that we only offer street parking. The area is well-lit at night by a street light that illuminates the road and parked vehicles, so there is no need to be concerned about safety. We also park our vehicles on the street every night. 🌳 THE PROPERTY: Our mini boutique aparthotel Stylish Apartments offers 3 apartments in total. Our outdoor sitting area on the porch is meant for all our guests and serves as our lobby area. We are currently renovating our yard, fence, and landscape. We are also adding another unit at the back and an outdoor kitchen/bbq for our guests. This work is not very loud and does not happen every day. It is always finished before 5 pm. We want our guests to be aware of this in advance. Thank you for your understanding. 🧺 LAUNDRY: Laundry service is available on the premises for an additional fee, Monday through Friday. Clean towels and bed linen are provided to our guests every 3 days upon request. We can also provide beach towels. 🐶PETS: We welcome stays with your lovely furry friend, however, there is a pet fee of US$30 per stay to cover extra cleaning. 🚲 BIKES: We offer two bicycles to our guests free of charge. You can use them to explore the city or for grocery shopping/food pickup! We are looking forward to hosting you here in Belize!
