Ideal space for students or interns needing an extended stay, or single adults needing a quiet space to sleep and shower. It is not recommended for couples, (little privacy), beach goers (no outdoor shower), or party people. There is a strict no smoking, vaping, or alcohol. The space is also not child friendly. There are many stairs. The house is occupied by my family, and sometimes other guests, All other spaces, including the bathroom, are shared. The space The room is peaceful, comfortable, and bright. There is a dedicated work space/desk. The house has strong wifi. Guest access If no one is able to check you in in person, there is a code for the front door. Other things to note This listing is not for party people. It is ideal for quiet people needing a quiet space.
