Guest access Guests have free access to the entire property except for use of the sailboat, firepit (against regulations) and bikes on property. Owner stores personal belongings in the cottage but the shared space is comfortable for guests. Other things to note Any personal larger boats will need to be launched from the public launch at the end of the lake and should be day use only. Even with own anchor, it is not recommended to keep on lake overnight due to occasional high winds or unexpected storms. Plenty of space for boat trailer in parking area at top of property.
