You may not exceed the occupancy of the house (4 people, no matter the age) Guest access You will have access to the entire driveway that can fit 4 cars. Other things to note Guest policy: Any guests beyond the number listed on your reservation will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy. You will also be subject to a septic system fee. All guests names must be registered with the host.
