Nestled on the shores of Owasco Lake, the cottage combines all the amenities families could want: premium four-season waterfront access, 108 feet of private, level lakefront, 2.5 acres of expansive grassy yard, panoramic windows, family-friendly activities and amenities, close proximity to town, and short distance to Finger Lakes golf courses, wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. The space You have access to the entire house and 2.5 acre property during your stay. There are several private parking spots for your vehicle(s) and there is room on the lawn for a boat trailer. The entire property between the house and the main road is yours during your stay. We want to provide our guests with the cottage vacation experience and hospitality that is second to none. Our design choices were made with family gatherings and the guest experience in mind. Guests get the cozy cottage experience with all the perks of modern amenities, maximized functionality, and detailed touches. This is one of the best spots on the lake. Whether you want to swim, kayak, boat, fish, make your way to the cove, or just relax - you can do it all from here. We have kayaks, a canoe, and life jackets available for use, at your own risk (there is no lifeguard). The home has a level side yard and two (2) acres in back which adds to your play space. Our home has panoramic windows facing the water so even if the weather is not cooperating, you can still enjoy the view. Inside, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, large closet, and wireless phone chargers. There is a luggage rack for your convenience and a mounted smart TV, should you wish to login to your favorite streaming service. While on the smaller side, the master bathroom offers a full sized tub/shower. The landing area upstairs is a great space for kids to hangout as it contains a smart TV and several games. There is also a twin over twin trundle which can be used as a couch, or beds. The upstairs bedroom contains a queen bed and full bed, along with a closet and luggage rack. As the homes in this area were all previous camps, the upstairs of the cottage has a lower ceiling height than the downstairs. Also upstairs is a portable AC unit and a full bathroom.
