House located in a private street without exit, totally closed and with all dependences of private use. Standard rate from Monday to Friday noon except holidays. Weekend packages are closed from Friday to Sunday or from Saturday to Monday, the amount of the fare varies according to the amount of people. We do not accept reservations for one night during the weekends, considering stay from Saturday to Sunday. We accept pets as long as the owner is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. No parties and events are allowed in the residence, the property is located in a family neighborhood and we always demand respect from neighbors.
