Bright and cozy home located on a quiet street within walking distance to all village amenities, hiking trails right outside the front door, and less than a 30-minute drive to major ski resorts (e.g. Killington). Perfect for families, couples, and solo travelers to relax and enjoy the Green Mountain State! The space Spacious home tucked back in a quiet neighborhood within the acclaimed Woodstock Village. A short (>10 minute) walk to top restaurants, shops, grocery stores, spa, tennis, Billings Farm, golf, swimming holes - you name it! Bike and hiking trails are located right outside the front door. Plenty of sunlight shines through every window of this home. This is a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. 1st Floor Open layout living and dining room connected to a fully stocked kitchen and breakfast nook. There is a 1/2 bath with a washer and dryer located off of the dining room. The living room hosts a smart and strong WiFi network. Access to the back deck can be found off the living room; this sanctuary is ready for lounging and cookouts with its comfy deck furniture and grill. Great place to enjoy happy hour sunsets! 2nd Floor It has one queen bed in the master bedroom along with a master bath. The second bedroom has two twins beds while the third bedroom has a double bed, these two bedrooms share a bathroom that is located in the 2nd-floor hallway. There is also a twin-sized day bed located in the upstairs hallway. Plenty of closet space. *Our cleaning staff thoroughly clean all surfaces throughout the house after each stay including washing all linens, blankets, and towels. Guest access Walking, biking, driving is the way to access all Village and surrounding neighborhood amenities. There is always parking available in the Village Center, if you do opt to drive. Other things to note The home is located on a private driveway that allows access to two other homes. There is parking space for 2 cars within the carport. The home is connected to a second home by a large shed however, this is considered a completely separate home. There is no shared space with the home next door. In the summertime, we do offer AC with window units; there is no central AC. However, with all the windows open, there is a nice breeze that comes through often. We allow one small dog <30lbs. They must be house trained.
