Safe suburban neighborhood; good walk trails, walk to tennis/spa/gym/yoga w/reasonable day fees. The space The room is clean, cozy and comfortable. It includes exclusive use of an attached bathroom. Furnishings include a comfortable king-sized bed, side tables, sofa and a chair. A coffee table can be raised to act as a workstation. Separate climate controls for your comfort. A microwave and refrigerator are in the room for your exclusive use - NO KITCHEN NO TV; good wifi. The room has its own exterior, second floor private entrance. The approach is well-lit at night (motion detectors). A single interior door connects the room to the rest of the house, but will remain locked for the duration of your stay. We have off-street parking for one guest car. Guest access Guests have access to the studio- like master bedroom with sitting area plus attached master bathroom. Room is up a private exterior set of stairs. Other things to note Our only personal belongings stored in the room are the contents of one bookshelf tucked in a corner plus two locked owner's closets. We keep the interior door to the room locked from the owner's side (double cylinder lock). There is a double door that separates the studio room from owner’s side of home that maximizes your quiet and privacy. Off-street parking for 1 car is available up the driveway - your spot is in front of a bitch tree on the right side of the driveway.
