Stunning 1 bedroom, recently refurbished, beautifully decorated apartment. It’s all about the beach here! If you are looking for peace and tranquillity, then look no further. We have taken extra special steps to make sure your stay is as comfortable and home from home as it possibly can be. Will sleep up to 4 adults, a king bed is upstairs in the bedroom, a single sofa bed, and a double day bed is downstairs, in the dining-kitchen area. A cot is also available upon request. The space The apartment is exclusive to the guests, which consists of a small kitchen area with dining and double day bed, TV with Netflix. A stairwell will the lead you to a large double bedroom with a king size oak bed, sliding wardrobe and a single sofa bed. There is another TV also with Netflix, a toilet and double sink leads off from this bedroom and also a separate shower area. There are patio doors which lead out on to a small balcony area. There is a driveway with lockable gates, and a smoking area outside. We are situated right near the beach, a very pleasant walk to Gibraltar Point from Sea Breeze is highly recommended. Absolutely ideal for couples wishing to relax and recharge their batteries, or for small families, no group bookings or parties please. Guest access Outdoor seating area is available for guests, wether they like to smoke or eat outside, there is also an outhouse building for smokers too. Other things to note The house which the apartment is situated around the back, is built on higher ground, so the drive way is on a slope, and there are stairs in the apartment, and there is a step to get into the apartment main door. There will only be yourselves gaining access through this door, it’s separate to the rest of the house, so private for you.
