Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment. Parking in the building is available upon reservation and upon confirmation of free places. The rate is 10 euros per day. Public parking in the area available without reservation at a cost of €20 per day. Guest access check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and check-out by 10:30 p.m. Other things to note Upon arrival you will be asked for the balance of the tourist tax which is 2 euros per day for the first 5 nights and the documents for registration with the Police Headquarters of Bologna according to the law.
